From first message to first lesson
Tell us your goal
Message us on WhatsApp or create an account in the Lawh app. Share the learner's age, level, preferred teaching language and suitable times.
Agree lesson times
Your supervisor matches you with a tutor and a time that works in your time zone.
Confirm and pay
Your first 30-minute lesson is covered by welcome credit. After that, pay per lesson or for a learning path in the app.
Learn live
Join the video lesson from the app. Need to change a time? Ask your supervisor in the app chat.
Pricing
One simple lesson price
The same price for every student, in every country. Prices are in US dollars.
- Longer lessons are charged in 30-minute steps (for example, USD 12 for 60 minutes).
- Each new student gets one free 30-minute lesson, added to their Lawh wallet as welcome credit.
- Pay in the app by PayPal or from your Lawh wallet balance.
Changes and refunds
- To reschedule or cancel, message your supervisor in the app.
- If a lesson is cancelled, its value is returned to your Lawh wallet for a future lesson.
- If your tutor misses a lesson, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Each student has their own wallet; credit is not shared between accounts.

Before you book
Who teaches the lessons?
Lawh Academy's own tutors. Every student also has a supervisor who arranges lesson times, follows progress and handles changes.
Which language are lessons taught in?
Tell us your preferred teaching language when you contact us. We confirm what we can offer before you book.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Lessons are for children and adults. For learners under 18, a parent or guardian creates the account, arranges lessons and stays involved.
What times are available?
Our team is based in Cairo, Egypt. Share two or three times that suit you, with your time zone, and your supervisor will offer the closest available slots.
How does the free lesson work?
Every new student receives welcome credit equal to one 30-minute lesson in their Lawh wallet. Use it by paying for your first lesson from your wallet in the app.
What do I need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection, plus the Lawh student app.
