Who we are

Lawh Academy provides live online Quran, Arabic and Islamic studies lessons. It is operated by Fajr Innovations, Cairo, Egypt. Contact us on WhatsApp at +20 111 333 5813 or by email at innovationsfajr@gmail.com.

Accounts

You must give accurate details when you create an account. For learners under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account, arrange lessons and accept these terms on the learner's behalf.

Lessons

Lessons are live and one-to-one, taken through the Lawh app. A supervisor agrees lesson times with you and assigns a tutor. We confirm the teaching language and suitable times before you book.

Prices and payment

Lessons cost USD 6 per 30 minutes, per student, unless a different price is shown when you book. Lessons are paid in advance in the app, by PayPal or from your Lawh wallet. A booking that is not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled. Price changes apply to future bookings only; the price of a confirmed booking does not change.

Welcome credit

Each new student receives one welcome credit equal to the price of one 30-minute lesson. It is promotional credit for lessons only: it has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Learning paths

A learning path is a prepaid set of lessons, scheduled with your supervisor after payment. If a path is stopped, the value of its unused lessons is returned to your Lawh wallet. Paths do not guarantee memorisation or any particular result.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

To reschedule or cancel a lesson, message your supervisor in the app. When a paid lesson is cancelled, its value is returned to your Lawh wallet for a future lesson. If your tutor misses a lesson, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If you are charged twice by mistake, the duplicate payment is refunded to your original payment method. Each student's wallet is personal and cannot be shared or withdrawn as cash.

Conduct

Please treat tutors, supervisors and other learners with respect. We may suspend or close an account that is used abusively or in breach of these terms.

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account on the account deletion page.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and changes do not affect lessons you have already paid for.
